After 6 years working as a commercial real estate broker, Heidi transitioned to residential real estate hitting the ground running and closing her first transaction within her first three months. Heidi's background provides her with a critical understanding of building systems and envelopes allowing her clients to be deeply knowledgable about their future home purchase.

Specializing in first time home buyers transitioning from renting into the market of home ownership, Heidi can explain every step of the process to ease the mind of her clients.

Heidi also has degrees in psychology and mental health counseling which aid in her understanding of the intrinsic motivations for clients. Subsequently, she tailors her approach to the individual and provides a specialized experience with home buying and selling.

In her spare time, Heidi serves as Chairperson of a commission within the City of Seattle and coaches at an elite volleyball club for high school girls.
